knitted pillow cover

I have decided to make something for myself, well at least for my house. That way I can see it everyday. I have had two of the same pillow forms for quite some time. I have completed one pillow and hope to complete another one later this year. I added buttons to the top to make it easy to pull the pillow form out and wash the knitted cover if necessary - which will be because I have kids. The buttons were not holding the pillow cover in place so I stitched matching ribbon yarn that I found on sale to hold the top. The buttons still add a nice touch.
